| Important Note: Everyone MUST register on-line even if you have previously
mailed in a registration form for 2011. If you have already paid please indicate so in the in the
"Special Notes" field on the "Enter Details" screen just after you type in the parents information
during the registration process, we will then update your registration as paid. Credit cards are
now accepted online (Visa, MC & Discover). If you prefer to pay by check you may either mail in
your payment with a copy of your email receipt or pay at the time of equipment handout on Sunday
August 7th (time TBD) please bring a copy of your email receipt showing you have registered
online. No equipment will be handed out unless registration is paid in full (no exceptions).
